Meet Chef Gianluca Esposito, a culinary virtuoso with 35 years of experience in the industry. After completing his culinary education in Italy, he went on to cook for the Italian Navy for four years. Chef Gianluca's expertise doesn't stop there, he has also worked in several high-end restaurants in Montreal and Italy.

His vast experience and refined techniques have earned him a reputation for creating exceptional culinary creations. In 2015, he opened Kesté, where he showcases his passion for Italian cuisine. Chef Gianluca's dedication to his craft is evident in every dish he creates, making him a true master of his art.
